The implants are the bulletproof and stab resistant part of the vest, which is placed in a cover.

The Impact vest is delivered in two different variants:

EA-TEX

EA-TEX is Elite Armors own developed UHMWPE, which is an abbreviation of Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, UHMWPE is a form of polyolefin, which consists of numerous ballistic fibers, woven into each other several times crosswise for maximum protection.

Elite Armors EA-TEX is developed with the purpose of offering a bulletproof and stab resistant vest in one overall solution. There is a 5-year warranty on this solution.

Twaron

Twaron aramid is produced by the company Teijin and is a para-aramid synthetic fiber. The implant is only 5mm and you get a vest that is very flexible and extremely high quality. There is a full 10-year warranty on this solution.

Elite Armor Impact bulletproof and stab resistant vest is the markets most discreet bulletproof & stab resistant vest with the ability to supply hard armor plates. The vest is ideal for both police, military, doormen and guards.

It is possible to insert hard armor plates in front of the vest – on the chest and back of the vest – and on the back. The Impact model is equipped with pockets for this purpose. The vest closes with strong electric Velcro, which secure that the vest is close to your body. The design also offers maximum movement.

The difference from the RX2 model is that the Impact model has extra space for hard armor plates . By using hard armor plates with this vest, you get an even greater degree of protection and you will be able to resist shots from a AK47 and others rifle weapons.

All solutions comply with NIJ Standard 0101.06 Level IIIA certification so you are protected at the same level whether you choose EA-TEX, Dyneema or Twaron.

Elite Armor Impact bulletproof vest is the most discreet bulletproof and stab proof vest. The vest is ideal for police, military, guards etc.

The vest is very flexible, discreet and made of 100% UHMWPE ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. UHMWPE is a kind of polyolefin/polymer, which consists of a large number of ballistic fibres, that is pallet chained to achieve maximum protection.

UHMWPE is also known from Spectra Shield/Dyneema in bulletproof vests. Elite-Armor’s bulletproof and stab proof vests are developed with the utmost regard for optimal movability and protection. This task is done with the highest convictions by using UHMWPE.

The amount of layers determine the degree of protection, which is classified by the US National Institute of Justice, NIJ Standard-0101.06
