Extra protection with trauma plates

With a trauma plate, you can achieve extra protection. A trauma plate, also known as "Hard Armor Plate," typically offers protection levels NIJ Level 3 (III) and 4 (IV) as a supplement.

ICW (In Conjunction With) and SA (Stand Alone) Trauma Plates

There are two main types of trauma plates:

• ICW (In Conjunction With): This type of trauma plate only achieves the stated level of protection when used in conjunction with a bulletproof vest (Soft Armor).
• SA (Stand Alone): This type of trauma plate can be used as a standalone plate without the need for additional protection from a bulletproof vest.

Single Curved and Multi Curved Trauma Plates

Trauma plates can also vary in their shape:

• Single Curved: Has a single curve that follows the body's natural shape, providing a good fit.
• Multi Curved: This trauma plate is designed with extra attention to detail and follows the contours of the body, making it more comfortable.

Tested According to NIJ Standard
